Who actually does the work?
Automation handles the routine steps. A finance reviewer checks anything the system isn't confident about and samples finished reports each month.
Do you file my taxes?
No. We don't prepare tax returns or give tax advice. We keep your books ready for filing and send your year-end data to your CPA or tax preparer.
Do I keep my QuickBooks file?
Yes. The subscription stays in your name. If you leave, we remove our access within 30 days and everything stays with you.
Can you move money out of my account?
No. We prepare bills and figures; you approve and release every payment yourself.
What if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing stops. If you're over two months in a row, we'll suggest moving to the next plan.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly in advance by card or bank transfer. Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
